The Definition

Cosmic rays are rays that travel far distances through the universe and are believed to be very mysterious in their origin and structure. These rays generally travel inside the earths atmosphere and show some little effect, but their large amount can be harmful because they actually poses high energy. Today in my write, I am going to discuss about the most probable knowledge and forecast of this particle.

 

History says---

Earlier the scientist use to take cosmic rays just like any other rays, but things changed when the


US space telescope "Hubble" gave some shocking results. The photos it send depicted presence of some unknown rays with a very particular structure and way of transaction. It made them exited because its pattern looked as if some intelligent being is sending some signals through a large distance, it was also due to reason that evidences showed that the path of the rays is very long and the energy possessed by them was very high. That time was of WOW signal, and every next ray, was thought to be a signal, as we see what ever we wish to see. 

 

The Reality is that------

But later on, after deep study carried on by the scientists with proper mathematical proves and high resolution radars, it became clear that actually the rays are some bundle of particles that are coming from distance source with high energy and velocity. The studies continued, and at last the main model and widely accepted model of the cosmic rays was up. The theory says that, cosmic rays are actually elementary atoms that are ejected by some highly exited unknown phenomenon, when this particle travel the distance, they are high energetic and hence posses great velocity.  And we know that electrons of the outer most orbit are most loosely held by the nucleus, hence when these atoms travel at such a great speed they loose their electron to the surrounding, due to this, when they reach the earth atmosphere they are high in energy and positively charged. But even after so much of knowledge of the rays,  these rays still persists to be mysterious because their origin can still not be traced and neither source, even their origins co-ordinate cant be detected because these rays have some mass due to which they get attracted to the massive heavenly bodies that fall in its way, so instead of following a straight path, it follows a parabolic path and that also a mixed form whose equations maybe impossible to derive, hence they still are some kind of mysterious rays from mysterious origin and unknown paths....
